* BSc Eng in Mechatronics Engineering  – 2 years at SAITM and 2 years at AIT
* BSc Eng in Electronics Engineering- 2 years at SAITM and 2 years at AIT
* BSc Eng in Telecom Engineering -  2 years at SAITM and 2 years at AIT
* BSc in IT and Computer Science -  3 years at SAITM and 1 year at AIT

All courses are of standard 4 years of duration, which is the acceptable study period for any recognized BSc Engineering degree.

SAITM, with all the modern infrastructure and laboratory facilities to conduct the first phase of the programs, is served by a highly qualified academic staff recruited from among the best in the state universities. Further, the visiting faculty comprises of top level professors and senior lecturers from state as well as foreign universities.

AIT will provide in campus hostel facilities when the students transfer for the final phase of the degree program. Minimum entry qualifications would be, 3 passes in A/L mathematics stream for Engineering degree programs and 3 passes in A/L any stream for the IT and Computer Science degree program.
